new Studio
I feel like I’ve been painting out of a suitcase for 18 months. it feels good to be settled into a more permanent situation. Slowly settling into Georgetown, and it’s home now.
After falling in love with this town and its people, the charm and history, I felt this was the best place to settle my artistic practice. At this point in my life, I just want to do my work and have my creativity feel safe and inspired.
I have maybe 15 good years left, and I'm not wasting it. I want to build something here that will showcase and protect it when I'm gone.
My studio is in a building 150 years old.

It used to be the County Courthouse and is now the Community Center. My studio is in room the Petite Jury used to deliberate in.
